Mental illness can affect anyone. With a series of posters and an accompanying book, we want to educate, raise awareness, and break down prejudices. The posters show real people of all ages and backgrounds.

Emergency numbers and offers of help are provided directly alongside them. The book explores the topic in greater depth: personal stories, interviews with experts, and an insert with important contacts.
