03—kickoff Process

The first step in our collaboration will be a "get to know" Meeting. We will asks a lot of question to get a full understanding of the direction you want to go in.
We will talk about who you are, how your company works, which target group you want to address, and you can take your time to explain your current process to us.

Once both sides have decided, that we want to work together, we will move on to the onboarding phase and you will receive our proposal presentation along with our customized offer.

After receiving the signed offer, we will invite you to the official kickoff meeting where we will review our project tool and give you direct access to it.
We will also discouse dates and meeting intervals for updates and feedback. (e.g. Monthly Tactical Feedback)

Once all your Questions have been answered and you know exactly how the collaboration will proceed, we can really get started with our project! We look forward to working with you to realize your vision.
